Job summary

CSL plasma collection center is seeking a donor services role focused on greeting donors and guiding them through the screening process. You will perform health screenings, collect basic data, and ensure donor information is recorded accurately in the center’s systems.

Under training, you may educate donors about plasma products and center policies while maintaining a clean, safe work environment and adhering to HSE/OSHA guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three (3) months experience in a clerical or customer service related position, preferably in medical or health provider environment or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be able to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors at the plasma collection center and conduct registration procedures to verify donor suitability.
• Assist qualified donors in the screening process per SOPs, including health history review and basic medical questions.
• Perform health screening tasks such as blood pressure, pulse, weight, temperature, and finger stick sampling.
• Educate donors on plasma products as trained and answer donor questions professionally.
• Maintain donor data in the electronic system and ensure program policies and safety procedures are followed.
