CSL Plasma in the United States is seeking a donor center associate to welcome donors, verify eligibility, and guide them through the screening and registration steps. You will collect basic health information, perform preliminary checks, and document results in the center’s donor management system.

The role emphasizes accuracy, patient-friendly communication, and adherence to SOPs, OSHA, and HSE guidelines. A supportive team environment and ongoing training are provided.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three (3) months experience in clerical or customer service, preferably in medical settings.
• Must be able to perform basic math calculations.

Responsabilidades

• Greet donors and register them to verify suitability for plasma donation.
• Assist donors through screening, health history review, and basic health checks.
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic donor information system.
• Answer donor questions and refer to medical staff when needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow SOPs, OSHA, and HSE policies.
• Cross-train in other areas as required.
