Job summary

CSL is seeking staff to greet donors at the plasma collection center and guide them through registration to determine donor eligibility. The role includes assisting with screening per SOPs and performing basic health checks.

Responsibilities include documenting donor information, educating donors on procedures, and maintaining confidentiality while following health and safety policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three months in clerical or customer service roles, preferably in medical or health provider setting.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors at the plasma center and conduct registration to verify donor suitability.
• Assist donors in completing screening per SOPs, including health history and basic medical questions.
• Perform health screenings (BP, pulse, weight, temp) and finger-stick hematocrit/total protein tests.
• Educate donors on the donation process, screenings, appointment system, policies, and nutrition.
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic donor information system and maintain confidentiality.
