Job summary

CSL is seeking a Donor Center Screener to welcome donors and guide them through eligibility screening for plasma pheresis. You will perform basic health checks, document results, and maintain accurate records in the donor system.

You will assist with registration, handle routine inquiries, and support the center's operation in a busy environment while following SOPs, safety policies, and confidentiality requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three (3) months experience in a clerical or customer service related position, preferably in medical or health provider environment or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be able to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and conduct registration procedures to verify donor suitability for plasma pheresis.
• Assist donors in completing the screening process per SOPs, including health history and basic medical questions; perform health screenings as needed.
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic donor information management system.
• Answer phones and assist callers or route to the appropriate staff member.
• Monitor donor comfort and safety during and after the pheresis process and notify staff of any issues.
