CSL is seeking a donor center screener to greet donors, perform registration, and guide them through the screening process. The role involves basic health checks, data entry, and ensuring donor suitability for plasma pheresis.

Requires a high school diploma and at least 3 months of clerical or customer service experience. A fast-paced, safety-conscious environment with potential overtime is expected.

Formación

• Minimum of three (3) months experience in a clerical or customer service related position.
• Will perform basic math calculations.

Responsabilidades

• Greet donors and assist with screening procedures.
• Explain screening steps and appointment system to donors.
• Record donor information accurately in the system.
• Assist with health history questions and basic medical inquiries.
• Refer donors to medical staff when appropriate and monitor vital signs.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work area and follow SOPs.
