CSL is seeking a donor center associate to greet donors and guide them through registration and screening for plasma pheresis. The role includes answering questions, explaining procedures, and coordinating with medical staff as needed.

Responsibilities include data entry into the donor information system, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring safety and compliance with SOPs, OSHA, and HSE policies. A high school diploma and 3 months of clerical/customer service experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three months experience in clerical or customer service.
• Must be able to perform basic math calculations.

Responsabilités

• Assist with screening and registration of donors per SOPs.
• Explain center policies and answer donor questions professionally.
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic system.
• Monitor donor comfort and safety during and after donation.
• Coordinate with medical staff as needed.
• Handle inquiries via phone and transfer to staff when required.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and comply with OSHA/HSE policies.
• Maintain confidentiality of donor and center information.
• Cross-train in other areas to support center operations.
• Communicate donor flow issues to supervisor promptly.
• Adhere to hyper immune program policies if applicable.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
