Job summary

CSL Plasma in Texas is seeking a Front Desk Donor Center Associate to welcome donors, verify eligibility, and guide them through the registration process. You will work closely with the medical team to ensure a smooth check-in and compliance with SOPs.

You will assist in screening, perform basic health checks, and maintain donor records in the information system while upholding Health, Safety & Environmental policies. Cross-training and bilingual support may be offered to meet center needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three (3) months experience in a clerical or customer service related position, preferably in medical or health provider environment or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be able to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors at the plasma collection center and verify eligibility for pheresis.
• Assist donors in completing screening procedures and health history checks per SOPs.
• Educate new donors on the donation process, center policies, and available information.
• Register applicants and transfer donors as needed per training and operational needs.
• Answer phones and direct callers to the appropriate staff.
• Monitor donors for reactions during or after donation and alert staff as needed.
• Ensure accurate donor data entry into the electronic donor information system.
• Maintain confidentiality of donor, personnel, and center information.
• May be cross-trained in other areas to meet business needs.
• Bilingual skills may be required at organizational discretion.
