Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 3 months of clerical or customer service experience, preferably in a medical/health provider environment.
• Must be able to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and verify donor suitability for plasma pheresis.
• Assist donors with screening per SOPs, including health history and basic medical questions.
• Explain the screening process and center policies to new donors.
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic donor information management system.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow HSE/OSHA policies.
• May cross-train in other areas as needed.
