Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three months of clerical or customer service experience, preferably in medical or health provider environment.
• Must be able to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and register them for plasma pheresis eligibility.
• Assist donors through screening procedures per SOPs and answer basic medical questions.
• Perform health screenings such as blood pressure, pulse, weight, and temperature; obtain hematocrit/total protein.
