Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) months experience in a clerical or customer service related position, preferably in medical or health provider environment or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Will perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors at the plasma collection center and conduct registration procedures to verify donor suitability.
• Assist qualified donors in completing the screening process following SOPs.
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic donor information management system.
• Monitor donors during and after the pheresis process and alert staff to any issues.
• May cross-train in other areas to meet operational needs.
