Qualifications

• Minimum three months experience in a clerical or customer service related position, preferably in medical or health provider environment or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Will perform basic math calculations

Responsibilities

• Assist qualified donors in completing the screening process and record health data per SOPs
• Educate donors on screening, health tests, center policies, nutrition, and related information
• Register and transfer donors as needed based on training and center needs
• Answer the telephone and direct callers to appropriate staff
• Monitor donor reactions during/after pheresis and notify staff
• Maintain donor data in the electronic information management system
• Follow HSE and OSHA policies and ensure a clean, safe work environment
• Maintain confidentiality of donor and center information
• May be cross-trained in other areas and may require bilingual skills
