Job summary

CSL Plasma Center is seeking an engaged team member to greet donors, conduct registration steps, and support donor screening. You will perform basic health checks, collect samples, and help answer donor questions while upholding SOPs and safety guidelines.

The role involves accurately recording donor information, maintaining confidentiality, and potentially assisting in other center operations as needed. A high school diploma and prior customer service experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three months experience in clerical or customer service roles, preferably in medical or health provider setting.
• Must be able to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors at the plasma collection center and verify donor suitability for pheresis.
• Assist with screening procedures per SOPs, including health history and basic medical questions.
• Perform health checks (blood pressure, pulse, weight, temperature) and finger stick sampling.
• Educate donors about plasma products and procedures after training.
• Record donor data accurately in the donor information system and maintain confidentiality.
