Job summary

CSL Plasma is seeking a Front Desk/Donor Screening Associate to greet donors, guide them through registration, and conduct screening procedures at the plasma collection center. This role involves health checks, finger-stick sampling, and accurate data entry in the donor system.

The position requires a high school diploma and at least three months in clerical or customer service roles, preferably in healthcare. Overtime may be necessary to support center operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three (3) months experience in a clerical or customer service related position, preferably in medical or health provider environment.
• Will perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors at the plasma collection center.
• Assist donors in completing the screening process per SOPs.
• Perform health screening procedures (blood pressure, pulse, weight, temperature).
• Perform finger stick for hematocrit and total protein levels.
• Educate donors on donation process and center policies.
• Answer calls and direct to appropriate staff as needed.
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic system.
