Job summary

CSL is seeking a donor screening assistant to greet donors at the plasma collection center and conduct initial eligibility checks. You will perform screening and data entry while following SOPs and safety protocols in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires good communication, basic math skills and attention to detail, with potential for growth and cross-training within the center. Training will cover health screening tests and donor education.

Qualifications

• Experience in clerical or customer service roles.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Follows SOPs and safety policies accurately.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced center environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and guide them through registration procedures to verify eligibility.
• Perform health screening measurements (blood pressure, pulse, weight, temperature) and finger stick sampling.
• Explain donation process, center policies and safety measures to donors.
• Maintain accurate donor data in the electronic donor information system.
• Assist with additional duties and communicate donor needs to staff as required.
