Job summary

CSL is seeking a frontline donor center associate to greet donors, verify eligibility, and guide them through the screening process in our Winston-Salem plasma center. You will perform health checks and document donor information while following SOPs and safety policies.

After training, you may educate donors about plasma products, appointment systems, and center policies. You may assist with registrations and handle phone inquiries, while keeping donor confidentiality and maintaining a safe,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three months in clerical or customer service role, preferably in medical field.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greeting donors and verifying eligibility for plasma pheresis.
• Assist donors with screening per SOPs and perform health checks (BP, pulse, weight, temp).
• Educate donors on plasma products and center policies after training.
• Register applicants and transfer donors as needed.
• Answer phones and direct callers to appropriate staff.
• Monitor donor safety during/after pheresis and alert staff as needed.
• Document donor data in the electronic donor information system per SOPs.
• Follow HSE/OSHA policies and maintain a clean work environment.
• Maintain donor and center information confidentiality.
• Cross-training in other areas may be required; bilingual skills may be needed.
