Responsibilities

• Greet donors at the plasma collection center and verify donor information during registration.
• Assist donors through the screening process and answer questions.
• Perform health screening tasks (blood pressure, pulse, weight, temperature) and finger-stick hematocrit testing.
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic donor information system.
• Educate donors about the donation process and center policies when trained.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and adhere to HSE/OSHA policies.
• May be cross-trained in other center areas and support overtime as needed.
