Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ months experience in clerical or customer service role; healthcare setting preferred.
• Basic math calculations required; ability to handle data entry and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors at the plasma collection center and conduct initial registration procedures.
• Assist donors in completing screening, including health history and basic health checks.
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic system and maintain confidentiality.
