Job summary

CSL Plasma Center in Rock Hill, SC is seeking a Donor Services Associate responsible for greeting donors, guiding them through screening, and recording health information.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three (3) months experience in clerical or customer service.
• Will perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Assist qualified donors in completing the screening process and record health history.
• Explain the donation process, health screening tests, and center policies.
• Register applicants and transfer donors as needed.
• Answer phones and direct inquiries to staff.
• Monitor donor safety during/after pheresis and notify staff of issues.
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic system.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and ensure supplies are available.
• Adhere to HSE/OSHA policies and promote safety.
• Confidential handling of donor and center information.
