Job summary

CSL Vifor is seeking a Donor Center Registrar to warmly greet donors at the plasma collection center, verify eligibility, and guide them through registration and screening steps.

Responsibilities include assisting with health history, performing basic checks (BP, pulse, weight, temperature), recording data accurately, maintaining safety and confidentiality, and supporting center operations in a fast-paced, compliant environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform basic math calculations.
• Experience in clerical or customer service in a medical setting preferred.
• Compassionate communication and ability to handle donor questions.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and verify eligibility for plasma pheresis.
• Assist donors with screening, health history, and basic health checks.
• Educate donors on the donation process and center policies.
• Maintain donor data in the electronic donor information system.
• Ensure safety, confidentiality, and compliance with HSE/OSHA policies.
• Answer phones and route inquiries to appropriate staff.
• Cross-train in other center tasks as needed.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked work environment.
• Communicate with supervision about donor flow issues.
