Job summary

CSL in Las Vegas is seeking a donor center staff member to greet donors, verify information and guide them through the screening process for plasma pheresis. You will assist with health screenings and maintain accurate donor data in the center's information system.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and patient-focused service. Responsibilities include performing basic health checks, answering donor questions, and following SOPs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three (3) months experience in a clerical or customer service related position, preferably in medical or health provider environment.
• Must be able to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors at the plasma collection center and conduct registration procedures to verify donor suitability.
• Assist qualified donors in completing the screening process and perform health screening procedures (blood pressure, pulse, weight, temperature).
• Perform finger stick to obtain hematocrit and total protein levels.
• Educate donors on the screening process, health tests, appointment system, and center policies as trained.
• Maintain accurate donor data in the electronic donor information management system.
