Job summary

CSL Plasma is seeking a Donor Center Associate in East Providence to greet donors and guide them through registration for plasma pheresis. You will support screening, health history review, and basic health checks under SOPs.

Role involves assisting with donor questions, data entry into the donor management system, and maintaining a safe, compliant center environment. Training provided; bilingual skills may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three months experience in clerical or customer service role, preferably in medical or health provider setting.
• Must be able to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and verify suitability for plasma donation.
• Assist donors with screening procedures and health history.
• Record donor information accurately in the electronic system.
• Answer donor questions and refer to medical staff when needed.
• Maintain clean, safe work environment and adhere to SOPs, HSE and OSHA policies.
