Job summary

CSL Plasma is seeking a friendly Registration/Donor Services Associate to greet donors at the plasma collection center and guide them through the screening and registration process.

You will perform health screening procedures, collect basic information, answer questions, and ensure donor safety and data accuracy. This role requires strong clerical skills, basic math, and the ability to communicate clearly; bilingual abilities may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three months in clerical or customer service role.
• Must be able to perform basic math calculations.
• Bilingual skills may be required, depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors at the plasma collection center and conduct registration procedures to verify donor suitability.
• Assist qualified donors in completing the screening process per SOPs, including health history, medical questions, and referrals as needed; perform health screening tasks (BP, pulse, weight, temperature) and finger-stick for hematocrit/total protein.
• Educate donors on the use of plasma-derived products and information related to screening, tests, appointment system, policies, and nutrition when trained.
• Register or transfer donors as needed based on operational needs.
• Answer telephone calls and direct inquiries to appropriate staff.
• Monitor donors for adverse reactions and alert staff as required.
• Escalate donor flow issues to Group Leader or Supervisor.
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic information system per SOPs.
• Understand policies related to hyperimmune programs when applicable.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and ensure supplies are available; follow HSE/OSHA policies; promote safety.
• Maintain confidentiality of donor and center information.
• May be cross-trained in other areas as needed; bilingual skills may be required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
