Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) months experience in a clerical or customer service related position, preferably in medical or health provider environment.
• Will perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and assist with the screening process following SOPs.
• Explain the screening steps, health tests, appointment system, and policies to donors.
• Register applicants or transfer donors as needed after training.
