Job summary

CSL Plasma is seeking a donor center assistant to greet donors, verify suitability, and guide them through the screening and registration process in a fast-paced environment.

You will perform health checks, answer donor questions, and ensure accurate data entry while adhering to SOPs and safety policies. This role involves teamwork, adherence to privacy, and effective communication with medical staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three (3) months experience in a clerical or customer service related position, preferably in medical or health provider environment or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Must be able to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and conduct registration to verify donor suitability.
• Assist donors in screening and health history assessments per SOPs.
• Explain donation process, center policies, and nutrition basics to donors.
• Register and transfer donors as needed; answer phones and direct calls.
• Monitor donor during pheresis for reactions and notify staff.
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic system.
