Job summary

CSL Plasma in Baltimore, MD is seeking a donor center assistant to greet donors and verify eligibility for plasma pheresis, reporting to the Assistant Center Manager and following SOPs to ensure a smooth screening.

You will assist donors through health history review, perform basic screenings (blood pressure, pulse, weight, temperature), record data in the electronic system, answer questions, and help educate donors on procedures and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum three months of clerical or customer service experience.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and verify eligibility for plasma pheresis.
• Assist donors through health history screening and basic medical questioning.
• Perform health screenings (blood pressure, pulse, weight, temperature).
