Job summary

CSL is seeking an entry-level donor center screener to greet donors, conduct initial registrations, and support the screening process at the plasma collection center. The role includes health checks, data entry, and assisting donors with questions related to the procedure.

Candidates will perform basic math calculations, maintain a clean work environment, and follow SOPs and safety protocols. Some roles may require bilingual ability and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three months experience in clerical or customer service.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and guide them through screening and registration.
• Perform health screening steps (BP, pulse, weight, temperature) and finger stick hematocrit.
• Educate donors on procedures, scheduling, and policies as trained.
• Register and transfer donors as needed.
• Answer phones and direct inquiries to appropriate staff.
• Monitor donor safety during pheresis and notify staff of issues.
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic system.
• Follow SOPs and health/safety policies; maintain confidentiality.
