Job summary

CSL is seeking a Donor Center Assistant to greet donors and guide them through the registration and screening process for plasma pheresis at our center. The role emphasizes accurate data entry and clear communication about the donation procedure.

You will report to the Assistant Center Manager and may assist in registering and transferring donors, answering phones, and maintaining a safe, clean work environment in compliance with SOPs and health policies.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Basic math calculations required.

Responsibilities

• In compliance with SOPs, assist qualified donors in completing the screening process.
• Perform health screening procedures such as blood pressure, pulse, weight, and temperature.
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic donor information system.
• Answer donor questions and refer to medical staff when appropriate.
• May register applicants and transfer donors as needed.
• Handle telephone inquiries and direct calls to the appropriate staff.
