Job summary

CSL is seeking a donor center assistant to greet donors and guide them through registration procedures ensuring donor suitability for plasma pheresis. You will report to the Assistant Center Manager and support screening and data recording per SOPs.

Role includes health screening tasks, donor education, and potential cross-training in other areas to meet center needs. A high school diploma and clerical/customer service experience are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) months experience in a clerical or customer service related position, preferably in medical or health provider environment.
• Will perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Assist qualified donors in completing the screening process according to SOPs.
• Record donor information accurately in the electronic donor information management system.
• Monitor donor health screening data (blood pressure, pulse, weight, temperature) and refer to medical staff when needed.
• Explain the screening process, tests performed, appointment system, and center policies to donors.
• Answer donor questions or route calls to appropriate staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and ensure supplies are available.
• Follow all HSE and OSHA policies and procedures and wear PPE as required.
• Be available for overtime to support center operations.
