Job summary

CSL is seeking staff at our plasma collection center to greet donors and guide them through the screening process. You will verify donor suitability, perform basic health checks, and record data in the electronic system.

After training, you may educate donors about therapeutic products from donated plasma and assist with center policies and safety procedures. Some roles involve cross-training and donor registration tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in clerical or customer service roles, preferably in healthcare.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Comfort with following SOPs and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Assist qualified donors in completing the screening process, including health history and medical questions.
• Perform health screening tasks such as blood pressure, pulse, weight, and temperature.
• Conduct finger-stick to obtain hematocrit and total protein levels for donor screening.
• Educate donors on the donation process and policies after training.
• Maintain donor confidentiality and accurate data entry in the donor information system.
