Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of three months experience in clerical or customer service.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and conduct registration to verify suitability for plasma pheresis.
• Assist donors in screening process and health history review per SOPs.
• Perform health screenings: blood pressure, pulse, weight, temp; finger-stick hematocrit/total protein.
• Educate donors on processes, policies, appointment system, and nutrition as trained.
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic management system.
• Respond to donor questions and coordinate with staff as needed.
• Maintain safety, confidentiality, and a clean work environment.
