Job summary

CSL Vifor in Tulsa, OK, is seeking a front-line Donor Center Associate to greet donors and guide them through registration for the plasma pheresis process. You will perform screening, health checks, and data entry while ensuring safety and confidentiality.

Responsibilities include educating donors about therapeutic products from plasma, answering questions, and maintaining equipment and records per SOPs. This full-time role requires strong customer service skills and adherence to HSE/OSHA

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 months experience in clerical or customer service role.
• Experience in medical or health provider environment preferred.
• Must be able to perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Assist donors in completing screening procedures per SOPs.
• Educate donors on plasma products and donation process.
• Register and transfer donors as needed after training.
• Answer telephone and provide accurate information.
• Monitor donors for adverse reactions during/after pheresis.
• Calibrate equipment daily and address calibration issues.
• Troubleshoot equipment and document incidents.
• Provide guidance and training to Reception Technicians.
• Notify supervisor about donor flow issues.
• Record donor data accurately in the donor information system.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to OSHA/HSE policies.
• Cross-train in other areas as needed.
• Bilingual skills may be required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
