Job summary

CSL Vifor is hiring a Donor Center Associate to greet donors and guide them through registration and screening at the plasma collection center.

You will assist with health history review, basic medical questions, and health screenings, ensuring accurate data entry and donor privacy. Willingness to learn donation procedures and safety policies is required, with bilingual skills potentially needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or clerical work in a health-related setting is preferred.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations and accurately record donor information.
• Bilingual skills may be required to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors at the plasma collection center and register them for suitability screening.
• Assist qualified donors in the screening process, including health history and basic medical questions.
• Perform health screening procedures (blood pressure, pulse, weight, temperature) and finger-stick for hematocrit/total protein.
• Educate donors about the donation process and center policies as training permits.
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic system and maintain confidentiality.
• Answer phones and route calls to appropriate staff when needed.
• Promote safety and comply with HSE/OSHA policies.
