Job summary

CSL Vifor is seeking a Donor Center Assistant to greet donors, verify eligibility, and guide them through registration and screening for plasma pheresis. You will perform health screenings, record data, and help maintain a safe, compliant center environment.

Training is provided; bilingual ability may be required. This role supports donor care, data accuracy, and adherence to SOPs in a high-volume setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three (3) months experience in clerical or customer service, preferably in medical or health provider environment.
• Must be able to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and verify donor suitability for plasma donation.
• Assist donors with screening procedures and health history.
• Perform health screening measurements (BP, pulse, weight, temperature) and finger stick hematocrit.
• Educate donors on therapeutic products from donated plasma and center policies.
• Register and transfer donors as needed based on training and center needs.
• Maintain accurate donor data in the electronic donor information system.
• Ensure safety and confidentiality, adhere to HSE and OSHA policies.
