Job summary

CSL Vifor is hiring at our Texas plasma collection center for a Front Desk/Donor Services Associate. You will greet donors, guide them through screening, and ensure accurate data entry into the donor management system.

Responsibilities include following SOPs, assisting with health history questions, and maintaining compliance with safety policies. This position may involve cross-training in other areas as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three (3) months experience in a clerical or customer service related position, preferably in medical or health provider environment.
• Must be able to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors at the plasma collection center and verify donor suitability.
• Assist donors with the screening process and health history under SOPs.
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic donor information management system.
