Job summary

CSL is seeking a Donor Center Clerk in Winston-Salem to greet donors and verify eligibility for plasma pheresis. You will follow SOPs, assist with screening, perform basic health checks, and record donor data accurately in the electronic system.

After training, you may educate donors on donation processes and participate in registrar duties as needed, upholding safety and confidentiality at the center.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum three months experience in clerical or customer service role, preferably in medical or health provider environment.
• Must be able to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and conduct registration to verify donor suitability for plasma pheresis.
• Assist donors in screening procedures per SOPs, including health history and basic questions.
• Perform health screening (blood pressure, pulse, weight, temperature) and finger stick samples.
• Maintain donor data in the electronic management system and ensure confidentiality.
• Educate donors on processes and policies after training; support center operations as needed.
