Job summary

CSL Greensboro plasma donation center seeks a front-line donor services associate to greet donors, verify eligibility, and conduct registration procedures for plasma pheresis. You will report to the Assistant Center Manager.

Responsibilities include guiding donors through screening, performing health checks, and educating on the donation process while maintaining accurate data and upholding safety policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three (3) months experience in a clerical or customer service related position.
• Will perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Assist donors through the screening process per SOPs and conduct health checks (BP, pulse, weight, temperature).
• Educate donors on screening, health tests, appointment system, and center policies after training.
• Register and transfer donors as needed and answer donor questions promptly.
• Maintain accurate donor data in the electronic system and uphold safety and confidentiality.
• Respond to donor flow issues and notify supervisors of any concerns; follow PPE and safety policies.
