Job summary

CSL Vifor in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a Center Customer Service Associate to greet donors and verify eligibility for the plasma pheresis process. You will guide donors through registration steps and help ensure a smooth check-in experience.

Responsibilities include completing screening procedures under SOPs, recording donor data accurately, answering questions, and maintaining a safe, clean center environment in compliance with HSE/OSHA policies. Bilingual skills may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of three months experience in a clerical or customer service role, preferably in a medical or health provider setting.
• Must be able to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors at the plasma collection center and conduct registration procedures to verify donor suitability.
• Assist qualified donors in completing the screening process, including health history and basic medical questions.
• Perform health screening procedures such as blood pressure, pulse, weight, temperature and finger stick for hematocrit and total protein.
• Educate donors on the screening process and center policies; answer questions accurately and professionally.
• Ensure accurate recording of donor data in the electronic donor information management system.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow HSE and OSHA policies.
• Remain confidential with all personnel, donor, and center information.
• Cross-train in other areas as needed and respond to donor flow issues.
