Job summary

CSL Plasma in Orlando is seeking a Front Desk/Donor Services Assistant to greet donors, verify eligibility, and guide them through registration for the plasma donation process. You will report to the Assistant Center Manager and support center operations with professionalism and empathy.

Responsibilities include completing donor screening, recording data in the donor information system, answering questions, assisting medical staff when needed, and maintaining a safe, compliant, and organized

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three (3) months experience in a clerical or customer service related position, preferably in medical or health provider environment or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Will perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors at the plasma collection center and verify donor suitability for pheresis.
• Assist qualified donors in completing the screening process in accordance with SOPs.
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic donor information management system.
• Answer donor questions, refer to medical staff when appropriate, and maintain a safe, clean work environment.
