Job summary

CSL Plasma is seeking a Donor Screener in Orlando to greet donors, verify eligibility, and guide them through the screening process. You will support registration, health history review, and initial testing under SOPs, escalating questions to medical staff as needed.

The role requires at least a high school diploma, a few months of clerical or customer service experience, and the ability to perform basic math. Occasional overtime and strong attention to safety are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum three months experience in clerical or customer service role.
• Experience in medical or health provider setting preferred.
• Basic math calculations required.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors at the plasma collection center.
• Assist donors in completing registration and screening procedures.
• Perform health screening tasks such as blood pressure, pulse, weight, and temperature.
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic system.
• Answer donor questions and refer to staff as needed.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and supply levels; follow HSE and OSHA policies.
