Job summary

CSL seeks a frontline Donor Services Associate at its plasma collection center in Florida. The role involves greeting donors, guiding them through registration, and helping assess donor suitability for plasma pheresis.

After training, you may educate donors about therapeutic products from plasma, appointment scheduling, and center policies. You may assist with donor registration, respond to caller inquiries, and help maintain data accuracy and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three (3) months experience in a clerical or customer service related position, preferably in medical or health provider environment or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be able to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and verify donor suitability for plasma pheresis.
• Assist donors in completing the screening process per SOPs and perform health screenings.
• Educate new donors on therapeutic products and center policies after appropriate training.
• Register applicants and transfer donors as needed.
• Answer phones or route calls to the appropriate staff.
• Monitor donors for reactions during/after pheresis and notify staff.
• Record donor data accurately in the donor information management system.
• Maintain clean, safe work environment and ensure supplies are available.
• Maintain donor, personnel, and center confidentiality.
• Cross-train in other areas as needed and comply with HSE/OSHA policies.
