Job summary

CSL Vifor is seeking a donor services associate at our Colorado collection center. You will greet donors, verify eligibility, and guide them through registration and screening steps for plasma pheresis. After training, you may educate donors on procedures, fees, appointments, and center policies.

The role requires basic math, strong clerical and customer-service skills, and adherence to health, safety, and confidentiality standards. This is a frontline position with growth through cross-training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of three months experience in clerical or customer service role.
• Must be able to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and verify donor eligibility for plasma pheresis.
• Assist with screening procedures, health history, basic medical questions, and referrals.
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic system and maintain confidentiality.
• Maintain clean work area and follow HSE/OSHA policies and center safety.
• Answer phones and route calls to appropriate staff as needed.
• Educate donors about screening, appointments, and center policies after training.
• Cross-train in other areas to meet center needs.
