Job summary

CSL Vifor is seeking a center donor services representative to greet donors, verify eligibility, and guide them through the screening process at the plasma collection center.

The role involves assisting with health screenings, basic math tasks, and documenting donor data in the electronic system. Training may include donor education about therapeutic products from plasma and center policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in clerical or customer service roles in medical or health provider settings is preferred.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Attention to confidentiality of donor and center information.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and verify donor suitability for plasma pheresis.
• Assist donors in completing screening procedures per SOPs and perform basic health checks.
• Educate donors on screening process, center policies, nutrition and related information.
• Register and transfer donors as needed and answer inquiries by callers.
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic system and maintain a safe, clean work environment.
• Follow HSE/OSHA policies and promote safety in all actions.
• Maintain confidentiality of all donor and center information.
