Job summary

CSL Vifor is seeking personnel to greet donors and guide them through registration and screening for plasma pheresis. The role includes assisting with health history questions, performing basic health checks, and recording donor information in the electronic system.

The position may involve cross-training in related tasks, handling inquiries by phone, and ensuring donor safety and policy compliance at all times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of three (3) months experience in a clerical or customer service related position, preferably in medical or health provider environment or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be able to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greeting donors at the plasma collection center.
• Assist donors in screening procedures and health history assessments.
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic system.
• Answer calls and transfer to appropriate staff.
• Monitor donor well-being during and after donation and alert staff to any issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and stock supplies.
