Job summary

CSL Vifor is seeking an entry-level Donor Center Associate to greet donors at the plasma collection center and guide them through registration and screening. You will assist donors with health history intake, basic medical questions, and required health screenings, ensuring accuracy and donor safety.

With on-the-job training, you may educate donors about products derived from donated plasma and center policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three (3) months experience in a clerical or customer service related position, preferably in medical or health provider environment.
• Must be able to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors at the plasma collection center and conduct registration procedures to verify donor suitability for the plasma pheresis process.
• Assist qualified donors in completing the screening process following SOPs, including health history, medical questions, and health screening procedures.
• Educate donors on therapeutic products from donated plasma after appropriate training, including screening, tests, appointments, and center policies.
