Job summary

CSL Vifor is seeking a donor screening role at our plasma collection center. You will greet donors, verify suitability, and guide them through the screening process with SOP-compliant protocols.

Responsibilities include performing health measurements, recording data in the electronic system, and educating donors about the screening process, center policies, and appointment procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three months experience in clerical or customer service roles, preferably in medical settings.
• Able to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and verify suitability for plasma pheresis per SOPs.
• Assist donors with screening procedures, health history review, and measurements.
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic donor information management system.
• Educate donors about screening, tests performed, appointment system, and center policies.
• Answer phones and direct inquiries to appropriate staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow HSE/OSHA policies.
• Contribute to center operations and participate in cross-training when needed.
