Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service skills and the ability to assist donors professionally.
• Experience performing clerical tasks or in a medical/health provider environment is preferred.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors at the plasma collection center and register them for eligibility.
• Assist donors through screening procedures including health history and basic questions.
• Explain screening results and center policies; educate donors as trained.
• Cross-train to assist in other center areas as needed.
• Answer phone inquiries or transfer calls to appropriate staff.
• Monitor donor well-being during/after pheresis and report concerns to staff.
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic system per SOPs.
• Maintain clean work environment and ensure supplies are available.
• Maintain donor confidentiality and follow OSHA/HSE policies.
