Job summary

CSL is hiring at our plasma collection center for a Donor Services Associate. You will greet donors, guide them through registration and screening to verify suitability for plasma pheresis, and perform required health screenings with accuracy and professionalism.

Within SOPs, you will document donor information, respond to questions, and assist in other areas as needed. Bilingual skills may be required; strict safety and confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of three (3) months experience in a clerical or customer service related position, preferably in medical or health provider environment or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Must be able to perform basic math calculations

Responsibilities

• Greet donors at the plasma collection center and conduct registration procedures to verify donor suitability.
• Assist donors in completing screening procedures in compliance with SOPs, including health history review and basic questions.
• Perform health screening procedures (blood pressure, pulse, weight, temperature) and finger-stick hematocrit/total protein testing.
• Maintain donor data in the electronic information management system and ensure confidentiality.
