Job summary

CSL is seeking staff at our plasma collection center in Miami to greet donors and guide them through registration and screening procedures. The role involves health history review, basic medical questions, and coordinating with medical staff as needed.

Responsibilities include performing health screenings, finger-stick hematocrit, and tracking donor data in the center's information system, while maintaining safety and confidentiality. On-site position with potential cross-training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum three (3) months experience in a clerical or customer service related position, preferably in medical or health provider environment or equivalent.
• Must be able to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors at the plasma collection center and conduct registration procedures to verify donor suitability.
• Assist donors in completing screening per SOPs, including health history checks and basic medical questions.
• Perform health screening steps such as blood pressure, pulse, weight, and temperature; collect hematocrit and total protein via finger stick.
