Job summary

CSL plasma collection center is seeking a Customer Service/Clerical assistant to greet donors and guide them through the registration and screening process. You will assist with health history reviews, questions, and basic medical screening in a fast-paced center environment.

The role requires accurate data entry, attention to donor safety, and adherence to HSE/OSHA policies. Prior clerical or health provider experience is preferred, with bilingual ability a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three (3) months experience in a clerical or customer service related position, preferably in medical or health provider environment or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Must be able to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors at the plasma collection center and conduct registration procedures to verify donor suitability for plasma pheresis.
• Assist qualified donors in completing the screening process per SOPs, including health history review and basic medical questions.
• Perform health screenings such as blood pressure, pulse, weight, temperature; conduct finger sticks for hematocrit and protein levels.
