Job summary

CSL Plasma is seeking a front-line donor center team member to greet donors and guide them through registration and initial screening. You will assist with health history review, answer medical questions, and refer complex cases to staff as needed.

Responsibilities include performing basic health screenings (BP, pulse, weight, temperature) and collecting a finger-stick sample for hematocrit/total protein. You may cross-train in other donor-center tasks and support accurate data entry.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of three months experience in a clerical or customer service role, preferably in medical/health provider environment.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors at the plasma collection center and complete registration to verify donor suitability.
• Assist donors with the screening process, assess health history, answer medical questions, and refer to staff when needed.
• Perform health screening tasks such as blood pressure, pulse, weight, temperature, and finger-stick for hematocrit and total protein levels.
